Phyllis is incredibly diligent, reliable and has great communication. She really tries to understand your needs and manages your expectations accordingly. She typically previews homes for you so you don't waste time, and if she screens a few properties that have potential, she then takes me to view them.

It took us 1.5 years to find my dream home, and despite the slowness of our search (and it was due to no inventory in area I wanted to be in), Phyllis was patient, thoughtful and didn't push me to move faster. On top of that, by the time we were closing, our seller was based in Japan, and the other side was not local, and Phyllis basically took care of EVERYTHING and always stayed on top of things to make sure escrow was smooth and on-time. (And this is after one transaction fell through).
